Please note that all prices are subject to change unless package is booked and paid in advance.
1.) Once the deposit is made the date is reserved, if cancellation or change to a new date is necessary then cancellation or change must be made in advance no less than three months prior to the first booking. 50% of the package value is retained on cancellation. Failure to notify us in advance of three months notices of cancellation subjects this agreement nil and void and any and all deposits is non-refundable. No charges apply to changes made in advance.
2) The length of the finished video or preview video after editing will will be determined by the editing and the amount of recording time. ( For Example) To obtain one hour of finished or preview video after editing the amount of recording time must be more than one hour or a minimum of two hours recording time. Booking or schedule time may differ in recording time. Recording time will occur during or as the event is underway or during the unfolding of the event or by the instructions given by the client or its agent.

2.) Rush - Delivery of photographs or video less than 48 hour is subject to rush fees.
(If you are in Nassau for more than 72 hrs after the
wedding day you can access the photos on our website for viewing and choosing
your images.
The files must be chosen within 24 hours after the wedding date but you must be
in Nassau afterwards for another 48 hrs, otherwise we choose the
images and deliver after 48 hours, or a rush fee of $60.00 is charge to the
account if delivered within or before 48 hours.)
3.) Location - Any location beyond 100 yards or more than 2 to 3 minutes walk from the ceremonial location is considered to be an extra location and is subject to extra charges.
4.) Prints - Any amount of prints that is beyond the package amount is considered extra prints is subject to extra charges according to the order prints price list
(The additional images that we capture is ordered separately from the package. For example: if you purchase the package with 30 prints then you own 30 images and 30 images will be copied to the CD. If you purchase a print release for the 30 images on the CD the 30 images on the CD is covered by the print release, regardless to how many images we captured you own only 30 images (according to your package) on your CD.)
5.) A print release/certificate of ownership is necessary to own the images and to give rights or give way to the rights by a second party to process the image/images for display or for commercial purposes.
(If you purchase a package containing 42 images, and you order the print release for all the images that we captured, currently* all the images will be copies/burned to the CD whether it be 45, 90, 150 or 200 images all the images will be copied to the CD. If you purchase a print release for all the images on the CD you own (currently) all of the images we captured regardless to To the amount of images in your package.)
6.) Choosing the photos from
packages offered through the hotel is not part of the agreement. The reasons for
are as follows:
A) We are not obligated to shoot any more photos other than the package
requirement, since we do we offer them as an
option to purchase (you are under no obligation to purchase).
B) Due to the departure dates, the turn around time is very short, choosing
would complicate and slow the process.
C) Because we service many hotels and resorts it is impossible to allow choosing
prints and have them ready before
the dates of departures
7.) The prints are proofs, and the wedding album is only a sample album not intended to replace the album to preserve the forever lasting memories of your wedding day, and where the photo CD is handed to you as a gift to make and to customize the prints as you see fit it is not considered a released to ownership or a print release (this studio reserves the exclusive authorship and ownership of the photographs until/ unless an agreement, print release or an exclusive rights of purchase is completed in payment and agreement for the rights by the subject)
The photographer do not follow a list (the list slows the photographer considering what most people include in the list are standard shots). Should you require this feature we can include a coordinator in your package at an additional cost per hour, or you can arrange for someone in your group to conduct and arrange the shots for the photographer (please note that your time is limited according to your package).
1) 1) Each additional location is $150.00 (a location is wherever the photographer shoots, if the photographer steps away to another spot it is an additional location, the hotel or resident lobby and ceremony spot is included in all packages)
2) 2) Each additional hour is $300.00 (time “might” begin 15 minutes before the ceremony and ends 15 minutes in/after the hour Of the ceremony. Overtime begins one minute after the time that included in the package).
3) 3) Each additional shot is $25.00 per shot per setup or pose (persons photographed with or without the bride and groom not in the shot or persons not included in the wedding party).
5) All payments are made directly to us by cash or credit card (no travelers check or personal checks accepted) before the day of the event or in the lobby before the photographer begins the session (this is non negotiable).
* Please note that all proofs will be printed on Epson Premium Presentation Matt photo paper unless indicated otherwise. The final prints will be printed on gloss photo paper unless indicated otherwise.
* All prints will be presented in mini photo album unless indicated otherwise.
* All photo image files will be burned to industry rated compact disc and handed in plastic jewel case unless indicated otherwise.

5. CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP OPTIONS :
The certificates of ownership is optional and not apart of any package on our list.
You may print and share your personal images - photographs and video as you choose and that you are under no restriction by this studio as to what you do with your images and are under no obligation to purchase anything additional. The certificate of ownership is provided to you if required (such as by commercial institutions).
Please note that commercial institutions might/recognizes the international copyright laws and that the images produced by this studio that is provided to be printed is recognized as copyright material of the author - Picture21Studio.com. Such institutions now or in the future might request this document to be presented for their protection.
This service is not provided to you by many other professional studios, so unlike many other professional studios we have made this document available and is provided as a separate item for sale, but only sold to you if you request it.
Please note that only the set amount of image files contained in the package will be burned to the photo CD, all image files produced will be extra and are as follows:
6. EXAMPLES FOR PHOTOS & VIDEO
1) You can either choose the amount of images for your photo CD from amounts the total of images we produce (this will take more time,
we can upload the images to our website for you to choose from, because of the turnaround time this may entail forwarding to
you and will include shipping charges).
2) Or we can choose the best of the images for you (this is faster and if you depart the Bahamas
after 48 hours it may be possible for you to leave with your photos).
3) The certificate of ownership includes that you own all images that we produce, but it does not include that we copy all the images we produce to the photo CD in your package.
4) In order to include or to burn all the images that we produce to your photo CD it is necessary to purchase all produced images apart from that which is included in your package.
5) Each wedding photo CD package is restricted to a max of 1 photo CD. Each photo CD fit a maximum of 600 MB of files. It might be necessary to purchase additional CD or CD’s to fit.
The total amount of images produced for the event .
6) The camera will create photo image resolution file size at about 2 to 4 MB (or 20x30 image size). The size of the images burned to the photo CD varies depending on the amount of images burned to the photo CD.
FOR EXAMPLE:- 100 images at 20x30 or 2 - 4MB will fit to one photo CD. However, if we produce 300 or more images at file size of around 2-4MB at 20x30 image size this will not fit to one photo CD at this resolution.
We can either reduce the resolution to fit all images to one photo CD or you can purchase an additional photo CD to fit all the files at the camera resolution.
7) The price for additional photo CD and resolution varies, please check our price page for Photo CD packages.
8) Packages designed for hotel and resorts are considered discounted packages, all discounted packages are subject to non-refund, unless there is a no-show or disruption of the photographer. Any other claims of dissatisfaction will be settled conditionally and is based on the issue in claim.
9) If there is a cancellation any package booked in advance by the client or the hotel or resort is subject to charges. Weather conditions nor relocation of hotel is not considered an excuse for cancellations or refund.
7. SHIPPING AND HANDLING SERVICES
Refusal to select Shipping & Handing item results in the following:
Items not shipped via courier
services from the Bahamas will be shipped via regular postal mail. Regular
postal mail does not include a tracking method,
therefore, please note that we do not assume responsibilities for items not
receive to your address shipped via this method.
In order for book via credit card:
1. Send an email to info@picture21studio.com authorizing us to bill your credit card for the required package amount and shipping if any. Please include you phone contact but do not include the credit card information in the email (please not that a 5% Bahamas Bank surcharge will be added to the package amount).
2. Phone in your order and credit card information to 242.393.7594 ( this procedure is required by our bank for security purposes.
To pay via PayPal please click the "Add to Cart" button (SEE PAGE FOR EXAMPLE). Add to Cart" button requires a PayPal account. A 5% markup will automatically be added to the package amount when purchasing by PayPal. To sign up for a PayPal account click here.
