1.) A deposit of no less than $300.00 is required in order to book date of affair the balance is paid before the date of affair or no less than one week before the date of affair.
2.) Once the deposit is made the date is reserved, if cancellation or change to a new date is necessary then cancellation or change must be made in advance no less than three months prior to the first booking. 50% of the package value is retained on cancellation. Failure to notify us in advance of three months notices of cancellation subjects this agreement nil and void and any and all deposits is non-refundable. No charges apply to changes made in advance.
3.) All proofs will be ready as the final photographs in 4x6 prints within 20 working days after the date of affair, the video within 30 working days unless otherwise indicated and may be collected following this period.
4.) All enlargements for the package must be submitted no less than five weeks after the proofs are collected from this studio, failure to do so will result in extra charges due to lab fees or change of prices.
5.) Overtime, extra prints or extra roll of film is subject to a balance and must be paid before the proofs or video is collected. The balance, if any is determined by the amount of overtime, extra prints, extra shots (digital) or extra rolls of film.
6.) The prints are proofs, and the wedding album is only a sample album not intended to replace the album to preserve the forever lasting memories of your wedding day, and where the photo CD is handed to you as a gift to make and to customize the prints as you see fit it is not considered a released to ownership or a print release (this studio reserves the exclusive authorship and ownership of the photographs until/ unless an agreement, print release or an exclusive rights of purchase is completed in payment and agreement for the rights by the subject).
